Our Team
Patrick Cullen, President
As founder and CEO/Principal, Patrick Cullen oversees all management, services, projects, and talent/sponsorship acquisition for BAM™. A graduate of Cornell University and Boston College Law School, Patrick is a licensed attorney in both state and federal jurisdictions. He has spent his career working with high school/college students and athletes in multiple roles – as a high school teacher and football coach, professional boxing manager, university professor, and attorney for juveniles and gang involved youth.
Patrick has negotiated collective bargaining agreements and represented hundreds of clients in both civil and criminal matters since 2001. As an academic, he has peer reviewed publications, presented nationally and internationally, and instructed courses in Sports Law. A military veteran, Patrick served as an Intelligence Specialist in the United States Naval Reserve (USNR). He is also a lifelong athlete having played college football, trained in boxing and mixed martial arts, competed in grappling, and completed triathlons and marathons.
Patrick is a central Massachusetts native and the father of four adult children – Samuel, Peter, Edith, and Elizabeth. He currently lives on the New Hampshire seacoast.

Kyle Allen, Talent Acquisition
Kyle Allen is a Citadel graduate living in Charleston, South Carolina. He brings a strategic mindset and relentless focus on talent satisfaction. His previous roles include time in financial tech sales and marketing.

Gregory Bloedorn, Advisor
Gregory Bloedorn serves as a BAM™ Advisory Team member. Greg is a graduate of Cornell University, where he was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame, and University of Illinois College of Law. He is a former NFL athlete having played over four years as an offensive lineman for the Seattle Seahawks.
Greg has remained engaged in sports over the past two decades through corporate partnership sales and account management roles at the Chicago Cubs/Marquee 360, the Chicago Bears, and Home Team Marketing. He has also worked in support of the community acting as Vice President-Scholarship Chairman and member of the NFLPA Former Players Chicago Chapter and Retired Professional Football Players of Chicago.
Prior to his work in sports sponsorship, Greg practiced law as an associate attorney at Chapman and Cutler LLP and served as a pro bono of counsel member to Chicago 2016, the bid team seeking to secure the Olympic and Paralympic Games for the city. Greg has also previously worked as a contract attorney for Anixter Inc. Currently, he serves as Director of Sales for ADEX Corporation.
A native of Illinois, Greg lives with his wife – Amy – in La Grange, Illinois with his teenage daughters – Mia and Avery.
